A hidden gem specializing in eel and grilled liver

Edokazu is a charming hidden gem that draws in visitors with its allure. The eel is characterized by a firm grill mark and rich sauce, delivering a delightful aroma and sweetness upon tasting. Additionally, the tender grilled liver is also highly praised, and like the eel, its robust sauce perfectly complements the liver's umami, making it exquisite.

The eel is grilled to a fragrant perfection, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The rich sweet and spicy sauce clings well, making it irresistibly delicious. The grilled liver is tender and pairs excellently with the stronger sauce, making it truly tasty. Being served directly on the plate gives it a special feel that is enjoyable. The simmered small fish, occasionally prepared, has just the right amount of saltiness and is quite addictive. You can enjoy it slowly with the eel while refreshing your palate with pickles.
