When I entered a Texas-style steakhouse, a thrilling aroma spread from the entrance. The generously sized meat was juicy, and combining the table condiments made the flavors change in interesting ways. The spicy Mexican salad was crunchy and had a deliciousness that was addictive. The mildly spicy soup had just the right amount of kick and umami, warming my mouth instantly. The chorizo, with its crispy exterior, was also fragrant and so delicious that I couldn't help but want to order more. The staff's smiles were warm, and I felt it was a place where I could enjoy myself without pretension and leave with a full stomach.
