3.1

It was easy to stop by near Niigata Station, and the lively atmosphere was pleasant. The yakitori was well-prepared, and the light sauce was particularly fragrant and enjoyable. The motsunabe had a rich sesame flavor, and it was fun to add ramen or rice at the end. The beef offal stew was tender and packed with flavor. The drink selection was satisfying, offering a wide range from beer and highballs to shochu, makgeolli, and awamori. It was a casual izakaya where I could relax and spend time with friends.
