Sitting at the counter, I am excited to see the chef carefully preparing each bowl. The soup is a milky white color, combining the flavors of chicken bones and dried sardines, with a smooth aftertaste that feels pleasant. The chewy, flat, wavy noodles cling well to the soup, and with every bite, the aroma of wheat spreads. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu is infused with flavor all the way through, making it delicious enough to bring a smile to my face. During the day, you can enjoy ramen, and at night, you can also savor oden, allowing you to experience a different aspect depending on your mood. It was a satisfying meal, a simple yet detail-oriented bowl.
