✏️Ra-men Hosenka〗〖Shinjuku〗Tokyo : : : . : :. The other night, we had dinner here. This is the second brand store of "Ra-men Hayashida", the second brand of "Niboshi Chuka-soba Suzuran"! Long affiliation (lol) Opened on 07/26/2019 and quickly became so popular that it sold out every day. Hayashida visited for the first time recently and that one is chicken and this one is sea bream! : : : :. 🍀Raamen (💴800) The soup, made mainly from sea bream ara and combined with kelp, has no odor and is infused with the refined flavor and umami of sea bream, and the broth stimulates the back of the throat. The broth stimulates the back of the throat, and the flavor is further enhanced by the sea bream oil. The salt sauce that goes with the soup is also mild. The noodles are made from a blend of several types of wheat and coarse whole wheat flour, and are medium thin and straight with high water content. The corners are slightly soft and the center is elastic, Crispy and easy to slurp. The lightly seared sea bream is also a nice accent. Thank you very much.
