The service here is warm, and from the moment you enter, it feels comfortable. The charcoal-grilled yakitori can be enjoyed with either salt or miso, and it's fun to apply the miso sauce yourself. I particularly love the crunchy texture of the tsukune and the savory flavor of the kashira. The fluffy tamagoyaki and the refreshing chicken skin with ponzu are also irresistible. The liver is carefully prepared, and the liver and garlic chives dish has a strong umami flavor. The restaurant is non-smoking and easy to spend time in, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere filled with smiles.
