Specialty Hakata Torikawa
Using a unique Hakata method, it is carefully rolled and marinated for five days, repeatedly grilled and soaked, resulting in a crispy and fragrant exterior while the inside is juicy.

We are particular about using domestic chicken skin, specifically from the neck area where only a small amount of subcutaneous fat can be obtained, with only one piece coming from three chickens. It does not have the greasiness typical of chicken skin, making it delicious even for those who are not fond of it! You can easily eat 5 to 10 pieces by yourself. Please enjoy the ultimate 'torikawa' born in Hakata!
