A carefully crafted dish featuring the rare cut of Wagyu known as 'Tsurami,' combined with green onions, shiso leaves, and the brand egg 'Ryuu no Tamago.' The strong umami of the Tsurami, sweet and spicy sauce, and rich yolk create a harmonious blend of flavors. Perfect as a side dish for drinks like highballs!
