The combination of soba noodles and chives is fresh and I had never tasted it before. It would be even more delicious, especially if you add some raayu or garlic. Since this is a soba restaurant, I don't think they usually offer raayu or garlic. I ordered on impulse and was pleased to find a great menu item. Next time I would like to get regular soba noodles as well.
