The calm interior, reminiscent of a renovated home, has a quiet and homely atmosphere. The female staff members provide attentive service, making it comforting even for first-time visitors. The 100% buckwheat soba is thin yet has a firm texture, and the smoothness going down feels great. There are many varieties, such as yam topping and cold shabu-shabu topping, which made me excited with their colorful presentation. The small side dishes and self-serve pickles that accompany the soba have a gentle flavor, perfect for a palate cleanser. After the meal, I felt completely satisfied and was able to relax in the tranquil space.
