As soon as I handed over the meal ticket at a corner of the food court, the dishes arrived in no time, and I was excited from the start. I chose a bowl filled with a variety of colorful seafood, including sea bream, yellowtail, salmon roe, whitebait, bonito, and salmon, which looked delicious from the very beginning. When I combined the egg yolk with the broth and poured it over, a rich flavor was added, and I felt happiness with every bite. The clear soup had a gentle umami that spread out, and I enjoyed it without getting tired of it until the end. My friend’s bento also had simmered fish and fried squid, and they said it had a taste that made them feel the closeness to the sea. Overall, I think it’s a wonderful place where you can casually enjoy the blessings of the sea with great efficiency.
