When I requested delivery, they responded very politely. All the ingredients were fresh, and the fatty tuna was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sushi rice was on the smaller side, which balanced well with the toppings and made it easy to eat. The finely cut squid and the grilled octopus showed a level of care that was enjoyable. The tekka maki had a rich flavor of tuna, and the clam miso soup and chawanmushi also provided a sense of satisfaction. It was also nice to be able to enjoy freshly made sushi on the spot.
