Today's Menu. Salad Sea urchin Hokkaido with sea urchin grapes and salmon roe Summer blowfish with leatherfish liver sauce Mink whale with ama sauce and wasabi leaves. Sardine rolled with laver of Yanagawa Red sea urchin from Karatsu, delicious! The following nigiri is very small. Yari squid Kombujime of sillago Horse mackerel konbujime Leatherfish with liver sauce Pickled akami-Japanese garashi Tiger Prawn Toro, pickled akamimi and Nakadashita Tuna. Three layers of tuna changes the texture and taste. Kohada is very tasty and the vinegar is just right. Akamutsu (red mullet) from Tsushima is amazing! Sea eel from Tsushima, fluffy and sweet. I went to Fukuoka and Saga the other day for a food camp. ✈️ I've got a bunch of stuff I want to post, but I wanted to get the Fukuoka version up first 😆😆. First, we went to "Sushi Osamu" in Fukuoka 🍣, which I had been looking forward to since I made a reservation 2 months ago. If you like sushi, you know that Sushi Osamu is the birthplace of Wasabi Inari 👏. The sushi was served first as tsumami and then as nigiri, but in no particular order, here are some of the most memorable dishes 👇. The second half ▪️ Nigiri (nigiri) of Northern bluefin tuna (akamutsu) A dish of my favorite nodoguro, kombushimame 😘It is said to be from Tsushima. The fatty nodoguro is tightened with kombu seaweed 😳 Perfect, refreshing and rare nigiri ✨! I want to eat one more 😂. ▪️ Mini sea urchin bowl The last sea urchin, they say 😳They say it starts to smell bad in late October! Just in time 🤣This was sweet and delicious 😭😭The third picture looks like a jewelry box! 💎💍 ▪️Fugu with Liver Sauce This is the first item 🐡🐡 puffer fish and a refreshingly sumptuous pepper flower ✨✨✨This was topped with crowfish, which was salty and made the drinks go down 🤣🤣! ▪️Kohada Nigiri Amakusa kohada☺️☺️ is plump and delicious. The way the knife is cut is beautiful 😭 lately some people are buying whole boats of kohada these days instead of auctioning them off 😳😳. ▪️Sayori no nigiri This clarity 😳😳! And the firm texture similar to that of squid 👏It was a brilliant nigiri that went well with the small green onion inside! ▪️ Wasabi Inari The last one is the specialty, Wasabi Inari 🦊Sweet fried tofu with refreshing wasabi 😳The owner Osamu is amazing to be the creator of such a great thing 👏👏👏👏👏. When he was a student, General Osamu started working part-time at a sushi restaurant to save money for studying abroad. There, he was fascinated by sushi and the owner, and entered the world of sushi chefs👏👏👏 He became independent at the age of 29 and has been experimenting with his knowledge and ideas! A wonderful life 😌Thanks for having the best sushi in the same space with us 😊. The owner is funny and has a perfect personality, and I became a big fan of his sushi😍😍😍.
