This shop is quietly located in a residential area, but from the moment I opened the door, a calm atmosphere spread out, and my heart was lifted. Sitting at the counter in front of the teppan, the sound and aroma of meat grilling right in front of me created a feast-like feeling. The melting roast beef was cooked to perfection, allowing me to fully appreciate the natural sweetness of the meat. The thickly sliced tongue was crispy on the outside and surprisingly tender on the inside, and the combination with wasabi was excellent. The main sirloin was infused with the aroma of charcoal, juicy yet light, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks until the end. Thanks to the cheerful service from the owner and the prompt delivery of dishes, I had a wonderful time laughing with my friends.
