The calm interior with only a counter allows you to sit down without feeling nervous, even for the first time. The strong tea brewed with a tea strainer is served in a raccoon-shaped teacup, which immediately puts you in a good mood. The red meat of the nigiri is glossy and rich in flavor, while the shiny fish has a perfect balance of seasoning that spreads its aroma. The crispy seaweed rolls have a refreshing flavor of sesame and plum shiso, which pairs excellently with the subtly sweet vinegared rice. The clear soup contains wakame seaweed, radish sprouts, and thinly sliced crab sticks, offering a gentle taste that makes you want to have a second helping. It seems that there are many regular customers, but it's easy to get in during lunch, and I was able to enjoy the well-prepared ingredients slowly.
