In a traditional-style shop located in an alley, the style of taking off your shoes and entering creates a relaxing atmosphere. The interior has depth, with private rooms featuring sunken kotatsu tables, allowing for a leisurely experience. Starting with a toast of draft beer and ordering while asking the staff for recommendations makes for enjoyable conversation. The melt-in-your-mouth liver sashimi and crispy gizzard sashimi are free of any unpleasant odors thanks to low-temperature cooking and a special sauce, delivering an impressive taste. The fried potatoes made from 24-month aged sweet potatoes and the salt koji chicken tempura stand out with their sweetness and umami, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The option to choose pasta as a closing dish adds a playful touch, and every dish exceeds the typical izakaya standards, leaving me very satisfied.
