Upon entering, the counter is lively, and a warm atmosphere flows. When I ask for the chef's recommended set, a platter of seafood and small dishes are brought out one after another. The sashimi is plump and fragrant, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The balance of fried and simmered dishes is excellent, and the sake goes down smoothly. The staff are friendly and engage in conversation, so I never feel bored even when I'm alone. The convenient location, just a short walk from the station, makes it a wonderful place to casually drop by.
