The roasted pork and side dishes are all available, and the aroma already whets the appetite. The roasted pork can be chosen based on the cut and the amount of fat, which is appealing as it can be customized to your liking. When warmed in the microwave, the sweetness of the fat is greatly enhanced, complementing the gentle flavor of the sauce. The belly has a satisfying combination of lean meat and fat, making it very filling even when served in a bowl. The chicken wings and young chicken fried are also firm and juicy, making it hard to stop eating. There are also homemade pickled vegetables and original ham and sausages available, and it's nice that the sauce can be served separately so you can adjust the amount to your preference.
