1. Charcoal Grilled Assortment of Five Types (Since sourced from one bird, you can enjoy various parts!)
Takeout is also available! 1. Tsukune, creative tsukune (full of vegetables!! Fluffy and delicious tsukune. Once you try it, you'll want to eat it again, it's an addictive dish!) 2. Negimi, torimi (the classic grilled chicken! Fluffy and juicy over charcoal) 3. Gochya (a connection of heart and liver. The more you chew, the more umami spreads.)
(The fried chicken, well-marinated with flavor, is our number one popular item!!) 2. Grilled Chicken Gizzard (Chicken breast muscle grilled after being marinated in a special sauce.) 3. Soy Sauce Butter Edamame (Delicious even in the pod. You won't be able to stop eating!)
(The slowly simmered chicken bone soup is exquisite.) 2. Chicken Broth Chazuke (Pour hot soup over the fragrant grilled rice ball!) 3. Tamago Kake Gohan (With carefully selected eggs and soy sauce from Oita Prefecture!)
This set includes 2 pieces each of green onion, chicken meat, meatballs, skin, and heart, totaling 10 pieces.
Please note that it may take some time.
This is the chef's pride, tsukune, achieved through extensive research! It is packed with vegetables and finished fluffy. Not too meaty, once you try it, you'll be hooked on its deliciousness!! A popular item! *The displayed price is for one skewer. *The photo is of the moon-viewing version.
