It is located just a short walk from Ishihei Onsen Station, and from the moment you arrive, you can feel a relaxing atmosphere. Inside the restaurant, you can choose between tatami seating or a sunken kotatsu, allowing you to settle in comfortably. The horse bone ramen looks rich, but surprisingly has a light flavor that makes you want to drink the soup to the last drop. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu and the horse tendon stew, rich in collagen, are deeply flavorful and hard to stop eating. The classic izakaya menu items like chicken offal and stir-fried chives and eggs are also well-seasoned and pair excellently with alcohol. Combined with the friendly staff's attentiveness and the refreshing taste of draft beer, I ended up enjoying a long and fun time with friends.
