In a traditional diner located on the first floor of a housing complex, a calm atmosphere spreads as you enter. An elderly couple runs the place, and their brisk movements and warm attentiveness create a pleasant environment. The specialty tuna sashimi set meal is served very quickly, and the pink-red flesh is glossy and appetizing. Small side dishes like squid and daikon and pickled turnips are included, allowing for enjoyable triangular eating while changing flavors. The miso soup has a rich dashi flavor, and the ingredients like seaweed and greens are fragrant, providing a comforting taste. They also frequently refill the barley tea, making it easy to enjoy the meal comfortably until the end.
