The interior, which makes use of an old house, is calm and very comfortable. The greenery spreading beyond the window is beautiful, and the sound of the river can be faintly heard. It's also nice to have the option of sitting in a tatami room or on the terrace. The soba noodles are fragrant, with a smooth texture that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of freshly boiled noodles. The chicken steamed in the nearby hot spring's steam is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly complementing the ponzu sauce. The rice balls and small side dishes are also elaborate, and I was satisfied with the enjoyment of the walnut sauce.
