Heuksorang

Hagusorang offers dry-aged black beef using a special breed of cattle from their own ranch on Jeju Island. Aging the beef enhances its texture and brings out a delicious, smoky flavor. The lunch menu is also appealing, with various types of meat such as refreshing miso stew, select sirloin, select fillet, and select anshim. Jeju black cattle is not only the origin of Korean cattle but also a special designation as Natural Monument No. 546.
