Enjoy it for a limited time only!! *Guacamole sauce is a very popular sauce in Mexico, similar to salsa, often used as a dip for tortilla chips or as a filling for tacos. It is made by mashing avocado and jalapeño, mixing in lemon juice and finely chopped onion to create a refreshing, mildly spicy, and visually vibrant sauce.

Australian beef combined with flavorful Hida beef fat and refreshing sweet Hida pork in a unique blend. The umami and sweetness intertwine with spices and sauce, resulting in the original patty that THE RISCO takes pride in, which could not be expressed with the conventional 100% beef patty.
