In a quiet residential area, there is a small café where, upon entering, the scent of wood and the delightful aroma of coffee fill the air. The counter and tables are arranged at a comfortable distance, conveying the calm demeanor of the owner who manages the place alone. The scallop kamameshi, prepared in limited quantities each day, offers an exciting experience as you wait thirty minutes while watching the timer. The moment it is cooked, the steam and aroma that rise are wonderful, and the fluffy rice absorbs the umami of the scallops, creating a delightful taste. The accompanying salad and clear soup are also meticulously prepared, and when combined with the crispy texture, you can't put down your chopsticks. After the meal, I chose a medium roast blend coffee and enjoyed the lingering atmosphere in the quiet café.
