A short walk from Ogawacho Station down a back street leads to a cozy grilled hormone restaurant. The interior is centered around a counter with shichirin (charcoal grills) lined up, and thanks to strong ventilation, the smell doesn't linger on your clothes. The signature dish, shirokoro hormone, is plump and has a wonderful sweetness from the fat. The large toro hormone, liver, and senmai sashimi are also very fresh, and all of them are highly satisfying. On weekends, it's lively and bustling, but on weekdays, it's enjoyable to take your time grilling alone. It has a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to drop by for a light drink and meal on a casual night.
