I had dinner at the world-famous Pierre Gagnaire's main restaurant. Overall, the food was a bit overwhelming and I was feeling unwell due to jet lag, so I couldn't make it to dessert, and the bill 😅. The style of deciding on the courses, like this is the appetizer course and this is the main course, was innovative and interesting. However, since many dishes are served before the appetizer, I personally felt that it would have been fine to just order the main course.
