A local ramen from Imabari City, born in 2009. A light, refined seafood salt ramen uncompromisingly committed to local production and consumption.
A tsukemen combining Yobimodoshi tonkotsu (pork-bone) soup and medium-thick flat hand-massaged noodles. (Please note that serving time takes about three times longer than for ramen.)
Tsukemen made by combining yobimodoshi tonkotsu soup and carefully selected fish powder. (Please note that serving takes about three times as long as ramen.)
A superb dish combining Imabari ramen's golden broth with powdered dried katakuchi iwashi anchovies caught in the Seto Inland Sea. (This item is available only during lunchtime. It will end when sold out, so please come early...)
