This is a shop located in a service area. The thick and chewy udon is pleasant, and the gentle sweetness of the miso pairs well with it. The sakura shrimp tempura has a wonderful aroma, and the dipping sauce is slightly thick, making it addictive. The flat noodles slide in smoothly, making it enjoyable to eat. The shirasu (whitebait) is flavorful and satisfying even when compared to what I've had while traveling. Although it's a udon shop, they also offer katsu curry, and the freshly fried katsu is delightful.
