The interior is clean, and the calming atmosphere with the background music of the koto is pleasant. The thin soba noodles have a smooth texture and a fragrant aroma typical of domestic buckwheat flour. The slightly yellow-green translucent color, dotted with black specks of the sweet skin, is visually enjoyable. With the two-color soba, you can alternately enjoy the tea soba and regular soba, and it's delightful to be able to arrange it with thinly sliced cucumber, daikon, seaweed, green onions, wasabi, and grated daikon. The katsudon features tender domestic pork loin, and the slightly sweet broth seeps into the coating, providing a satisfying experience. The pickles, which have a refreshing yuzu aroma, are also delightful, and the variety of menu options makes it hard to choose.
