I really liked the calm atmosphere of this small restaurant run by a single chef. The lobster bisque curry I had for lunch was packed with rich shrimp flavor and was excellent. The freshly fried shrimp on top of saffron rice was crispy and fragrant from head to tail, and it paired perfectly with the sauce. The pickles sprinkled in the sauce provided a refreshing aftertaste, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The seafood gratin I had previously was also deeply flavorful with the richness of the béchamel sauce, and the generous ingredients like shrimp, squid, and clams provided a satisfying experience. It's wonderful to have such an authentic place nearby, especially knowing that everything, including the sauces and dressings, is homemade.
