There is a counter and tables, creating an easy-to-enter and calm atmosphere. At the counter, you can enjoy a course meal, and the first dish served was fried anago bones, which were light and fragrant. The shrimp was plump, and one of them had a pleasant sesame coating that left a strong impression. Various items such as shiitake natto, ginkgo skewers, asparagus, oysters, and anago were fried one after another, and you can enjoy a change of flavors with tempura dipping sauce, salt, curry powder, and matcha salt. The final dish, kakiage, was served in a bowl, and the sauce was not too rich, making it easy to eat. You can also enjoy the blessings of the Setouchi region and local sake, and it's delightful to experience the craftsmanship right in front of you.
