The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and the staff are very kind. I can relax comfortably in the sunken kotatsu seats, and the drink service is quick, which is helpful. The meat is all tender and flavorful, especially the harami and mino, which are impressive. The tongue is thick yet easy to chew, and I can enjoy its plump texture. The vegetables and salads, which are grown without pesticides, are also delicious and pair perfectly with the grilled meat. The rice cooked in a clay pot is prepared after they ask you first, and the process until it's ready is easy to understand.
