The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel had a calm atmosphere that was very pleasant. The first dish that came out was a bento box with a rich variety of colors, and I felt excited the moment I opened the lid. The sashimi was fresh with a firm texture, and the aroma of the sea spread out. The tempura, chawanmushi, and takikomi gohan were all carefully prepared, and each had a gentle flavor. Furthermore, the shark fin and swordfish steak, despite being thick, melted in my mouth, which was very impressive. Even the dessert, including fruits and ice cream, was not lacking in quality, and I finished my meal feeling happy until the very end.
