There are counter and table seats, making it easy to sit alone. After ordering, you have to wait a little as it is grilled right in front of you, but that time is exciting with the fragrant smell. The finished okonomiyaki has moist cabbage and crispy noodles, providing a delightful texture. The umami of the squid tempura and pork mixes with the sauce, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Adding as much of the home-grown green onions from the table as you like enhances the flavor significantly. I felt a warm comfort from the simple deliciousness that has been loved by locals for a long time.
