As I passed through the automatic doors, a calm bistro-style space unfolded, instantly lifting my spirits. The starter salad was dressed with a fragrant spice-infused dressing, providing a refreshing kick that was delightful. The tender hamburger was juicy, and it was evident that even the sweet sweet potato sticks and mashed potatoes served alongside were made with care. I also shared a bit of my friend's beef stew and cream croquette, and I was amazed by the balance of richness and smoothness. In the elegant atmosphere created by the glasses in the showcase and the large plates on the wall, it was amusing to enjoy tonkatsu with a knife and fork. While savoring the lingering taste with a post-meal coffee, I silently applauded the skills of the chef from the hotel.
