After the visit, I enjoyed a vegetarian meal, and the guidance was smooth and reassuring. The staff's response was gentle, and when I made a reservation, I was shown to a quiet room where I could relax. I like that we chant the Five Contemplations before the meal, allowing us to start with a feeling of gratitude. The tofu with warm sweet bean paste has a comforting taste. The simmered fresh wheat gluten has a fragrant hint of sansho pepper that spreads pleasantly, making me smile. The fried gluten that looks like meat is also interesting, and I felt the careful craftsmanship in everything, leaving me very satisfied.
