The handling of fresh fish is meticulous, and seeing the tank inside the store is exciting. The storefront is filled with takeout side dishes and bento boxes, making it fun to choose. The chirashi sushi has plenty of ingredients on top of the vinegared rice, and the perilla leaves and shredded egg are great accents. The seafood bowl also has outstanding freshness of the toppings, with salmon, sea bream, and scallops being very delicious. Mixing a little wasabi with soy sauce further enhances the overall balance. They were also very accommodating with reservations, allowing me to use the service with peace of mind.
