I like the casual style of picking up my order when my number is called in a food court. This time, I ordered a bowl full of beef, and I was satisfied with the accompanying soup and salad. The meat was surprisingly tender and had a hint of sweetness, which made me feel happy. The thread chili and crispy garlic provided a nice accent, keeping it interesting until the end. There are several types of sauces, and I think the combination of wasabi and rock salt is outstanding.
