Upon entering the restaurant, I felt a sense of excitement as if I had wandered into a Chinese eatery. The menu is primarily in kanji, making it fun to imagine different dishes while selecting from the touch panel. The signature dish, mala tang, has a fragrant broth that lingers, and the spiciness is just right, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The lamb skewers are well-seasoned with spices, and with each bite, the savory flavor bursts forth. Dishes like boiled dumplings and scallion pancakes, which are not commonly seen, were also delicious, allowing me to savor authentic flavors. The warm hospitality of the staff made the atmosphere comfortable, and I found myself lingering longer than intended.
