The fragrant grilled eel is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing great satisfaction. The sauce is not overpowering, and its aroma pairs perfectly with the rice. The white grilled eel has no off-flavors, and the gentle richness of the fat can be felt gradually. The liver soup has a clear texture, and the depth of the broth is pleasant. The cozy atmosphere is small and calming, and the service is friendly. It is conveniently located near Doihon Gold Mine, and since it takes time for the grilling to be done, making a reservation ensures smooth service.
