The thin rice noodles, Hu Tieu, are served in a clear broth based on pork, with the sweetness of fried onions blending in, creating a light flavor. When you mix in cabbage, cilantro, mint, and lime later, the aroma rises, making it even more refreshing to enjoy. The French bread for Banh Mi is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the ingredients and mayonnaise pair surprisingly well. When you gradually add satay or fish sauce to Bun Bo Hue, the spiciness and richness increase, allowing you to customize it to your liking.
