In the store interior, where you can feel the warmth of wood, the warmth of the stove brings a sense of relief. The aroma of charcoal is pleasant, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The skewers of liver are lightly grilled with salt, making them less gamey and easy to eat. The tsukune has a delightful texture from the cartilage, and it pairs well with the sauce. The sashimi of horse mackerel and the middle cuts are fresh, and when eaten with condiments, their umami is enhanced. The chicken breast and beef tataki are best enjoyed with a touch of wasabi for a sharp finish.
