The white exterior is impressive, creating a calming atmosphere like a café. The semi-private table seats separated by a noren and the tatami chairs are comfortable, allowing for a leisurely time. The omakase flow includes carefully served sashimi, chawanmushi, grilled dishes, and nigiri, which left me very satisfied. The ingredients are fresh, and the acidity of the rice is mild and easy to eat. I enjoyed listening to stories about the market and the chef's commitment to the ingredients, making the conversation enjoyable. There is a coin parking lot nearby, making it easy to access.
