I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely at the calm atmosphere of the counter. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, and I was excited to see what would come next. In particular, the meat, with its exquisite balance of lean and fatty parts, released a burst of flavor with each bite, making me smile involuntarily. The flow from the soup to the main course was smooth, and I felt completely satisfied. The selection of natural wines paired well with the dishes. The friendly and attentive service from the staff was also pleasant, making for a happy experience from start to finish.
