The soba has a wonderful aroma, freshly made and boiled, with a firm texture that goes down smoothly. It pairs well with the rich dipping sauce, and the condiments are just right. The tempura, including shrimp, vegetables, and white fish, is perfectly fried, and the texture is enjoyable. Even the salad and soba broth are carefully prepared, making it feel like a beloved local establishment.
