The store is small with a counter at its center, but the warm hospitality of the staff is pleasant. The dishes are full of ideas that freely blend Japanese and Western styles, making each plate exciting. The simmered sardines with fragrant sansho pepper and the fluffy spring rolls left a particularly strong impression. The mapo tofu with deep-fried tofu coated in dashi is irresistible when paired with rice, making it hard to put down the chopsticks until the end. There are also plenty of snacks that go well with drinks, such as grilled apples with bacon and spicy meatballs. It's a place where you can enjoy your meal and drinks slowly in a calm atmosphere, making you want to visit again.
