The seafood is very abundant, and just looking at it is exciting. You can enjoy crab, sea urchin, salmon roe, salmon, scallops, chopped fatty tuna, sweet shrimp, and even tamagoyaki. The scallops are sweet and firm, and the chopped fatty tuna has a rich, sticky flavor, all of which are delicious. The vinegared rice has a gentle taste, and the overall balance is good and easy to eat.
