A long time ago, when I was at Cross Hotel, I really loved it because it was so delicious, but after the relocation, I didn't have many opportunities to go, and I finally managed to visit. I thought it was great to come here for lunch with the unchanged taste and the heartfelt service from the staff. I will come again.

We used this restaurant for lunch. The food was as good as the reputation, the staff was courteous and we had a pleasant time. I would like to go back again.
Located in the basement of a hotel near Sapporo Station, it has a calm atmosphere. The sushi rice made with red vinegar is at just the right temperature, making it easy to eat and pairs well with the toppings. The flounder, kohada, medium fatty tuna, sea urchin, and grilled swordfish are all impressively delicious. You can be satisfied with the recommended nigiri or omakase, including the daily soup. It's nice that you can enjoy a course even during lunch. The interior is clean and has a sense of quality, and the service is pleasant, allowing for a comfortable experience.
I have used them more than 20 times now and they are delicious and quite inexpensive.
This time, I had the wagyu tororo horumon (Japanese beef tenderloin) served in dashi broth! It was very tasty.
It goes well with Sapporo Classics.
The last dish was Yukkejang Kuppa with 5 spices and hormone on top!

The restaurant had a bright atmosphere with large windows and an impressive wine cellar with glass walls all around. For amuse, there was butterbur miso on brioche. The dumplings, which were re-constructed lilies, were filled with crumbled crustaceans. The green pea soup was delicious, with a coarse texture and a greenish flavor. The fish was a confit of cherry salmon. The fish itself was not bad, but the garnish and sauce were a bit lacking. The bread was a simple baguette with a nice fermented butter flavor.

I entered the store right after it opened. The staff were very kind, and they accepted my additional orders, allowing me to eat slowly for a long time. I enjoyed the grilled dishes and fresh seafood so much that I thought, 'This is what it means to have local specialties!' I spent quite a bit of money from breakfast.
It was an exciting experience to enter a hidden gem of a restaurant near the station. The pasta made with fish was creamy and deeply flavorful, capturing my heart from the very first dish. The appetizers, including a fragrant mushroom soup and a dish featuring scallops layered with sea urchin, evoked the seasons and were very impressive. The pasta came in various types, such as thin and flat, and the combination of its chewy texture with seasonal mountain vegetables was superb. I was surprised by the idea of enjoying panna cotta with olive oil and the chocolate mousse paired with banana sauce, making it enjoyable until the very end. The staff's subtle wine suggestions and conversations were pleasant, allowing me to spend a happy time alongside the delicious food.

In conclusion, everything I ate was delicious!!
Especially the pizza was amazing, I almost tried the entire menu..🥹
I highly recommend the tuna pizza topped with wasabi, it was a new sensation and truly delicious!!
The service from the staff was also wonderful, and I will definitely visit again✨✨
I am impressed by the preparation of the meat. It is prepared in such a way that it can be enjoyed deliciously whether it is cooked well or poorly. It's amazing that even if I miss the timing to take it off the roaster (my timing), it still tastes good. I wonder if it is calculated so that everyone can enjoy it no matter how it is cooked.
I really like that the kitchen is set higher than the customer counter, like a stage.
I am moved by how cool and wonderful everyone looks while they work.
I especially like beef tongue, liver, and roast.
