The calm interior with only a counter has just the right lighting, allowing for a relaxing time. The sushi prepared by the veteran craftsman has a perfect balance between the rice and the toppings. The toppings, such as tuna, salmon, and horse mackerel, are fresh, and each flavor can be distinctly appreciated. The larger pieces of toppings fit perfectly against the rice, bringing happiness with every bite. The accompanying miso soup has a well-extracted broth, offering a comforting and gentle taste. Thanks to the staff who greet you with a smile, chatting over the counter is enjoyable, and you naturally end up staying longer.
